Good Times
SO today we ran at Austin Peay. Well I have been sick so after my first run all I was doing was nonstop coughing. My eyes were all watery and I kept on thinking my last 800 race is going to be rough. I was so nervous and everything was running through my mind. How to race it, how to take out, keeping pace. My dad talked to me and he gives the most amazing pep talks in the world! He kept saying that i need to just run. Be unstoppable keep fighting and that i own that race. Well we went back to sit under the tent and I prayed. After I pulled out a cough drop and on the wrapper it said “Be Unstoppable”, I was thinking weird…lol. Soon after I walked down on the field and began to warm up for my last race. My good friend Lauren was talking to me and she said it will be okay, ill do great and just to power through it. Well Kara ran and got me another cough drop. It said ” Power through it!”. It was crazy lol. Then it was my turn to race and I stood there and prayed. My heart was racing and it was silent. Then the gun went off and I ran. I placed first today. I was unstoppable and powered through it. Just when i thought i had no more to give. I also got my PR. Today was a great meet. Also our 4x800 relay broke a record. Sometimes you just gotta go. Just DO It!

Well I dont seem to be getting much lately. I really just wanna quit but that wouldnt be the right thing. Yes I think this person is stupid…yeah actually a lot now but dang dont just glaze over me like im not there! HELLO!!!!! Really.. I do just wanna quit, but I love it way to much to stop. Thats why I will keep playing but also for someone who cares about all their players instead of one. Great Job tonight btw. I hope you read this……
